Additional Requirements

Greets to customers politely with smile while they are enter in the outlet·
Handling the customer very gently, promptly responding to them regarding their routine·
To run individually a showroom/outlet where 10–50 personnel are engaged for daily retail sales.·
To work as the key person of the showroom to enhance and develop sales & marketing as well as to achieve organizational goals as awarded by the management.·
Should possess adequate knowledge and experience in sales & marketing and be capable of gain attraction from potential customers.·
Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care.·
Should be able to work under pressure.·
Make sure that all reports (week-ending and month-ending business reports) are submitted to head office on time.·
Should be prepared to be assigned to any place in Bangladesh.
Sales targets should be achieved monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintaining all documentation and records correctly daily.
Ensuring that all cash is banked daily and weekly remittances are submitted to the head office along with reports.·
Provide proper after-sales service to customers according to company policy or as guaranteed by the company.
Take an effective part in all company sales promotions.
