Experience

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    NGO, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Micro-Credit, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • At least 2 -3years of experience as Manager (Outlet).
  • Educational qualification is relatable in case of eligibility of 5 years’ Experience in distribution house as Manager.
  • Experience with E-commerce will be given preference.
  • Good operating skills of Microsoft Office package; and
  • Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
  • Understanding and speaking the local language of the project area is an advantage.
  • Working Experience in similar roles with the national/international organization will be added an advantage.
  • Proven experience in outlet management with a strong understanding of retail operations.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact professionally with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Passion for hospitality, Food, and beverage industry trends, with a customer- centric mindset.

Responsibilities & Context

The duties are responsibilities of the Assistant Coordinator are as follows:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and customer loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new techniques into strategies
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations within the outlet.
