Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- At least 2 -3years of experience as Manager (Outlet).
- Educational qualification is relatable in case of eligibility of 5 years’ Experience in distribution house as Manager.
- Experience with E-commerce will be given preference.
- Good operating skills of Microsoft Office package; and
- Required to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla;
- Understanding and speaking the local language of the project area is an advantage.
- Working Experience in similar roles with the national/international organization will be added an advantage.
- Proven experience in outlet management with a strong understanding of retail operations.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact professionally with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for hospitality, Food, and beverage industry trends, with a customer- centric mindset.
Responsibilities & Context
The duties are responsibilities of the Assistant Coordinator are as follows:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement and customer loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new techniques into strategies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations within the outlet.
