Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Paramount Agro Limited, a concern of Paramount Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to lead our outlet in Gazipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing food and beverage outlets, particularly in sweets and bakery items, and will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure timely procurement, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze customer demand, forecast trends, and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
- Develop and execute plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Introduce and manage new products based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Recruit, train, and supervise canteen staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or feedback promptly.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and local laws
