Job Context:
Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) is a national non-government development organization in Bangladesh. This organization is helping the under-privileged people of Bangladesh by providing financial support, education, healthcare, capacity building training, women empowerment, entrepreneurship development, disaster response & climate change, market linkage etc. that enhance their lives & livelihoods. GUK is operating its activities in 58 districts of Bangladesh by setting up 550 offices and deploying more than 5500 employees. GUK has taken a special initiative for prevention and control of needless and blindness of the mass people and therefore, the organization has established 3 modern well equipped eye hospitals in Dhaka, Bogura and Dinajpur for providing quality eye care service at affordable cost.
GUK also has another initiative of clothing brand named gGalore. It has been operating its own brand cloths & accessories through two outlets located at Dhaka and Bogura. gGalore is looking for skilled candidate for the mentioned position.
Job Location: Dhaka (Bashundhara city shopping complex)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer service through greetings and assisting customers.
- To guide, train and monitor the sales executives/sales associates.
- Analyze service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Take charge of the outlet to meet sales target.
- Lead team to implement change.
- Responsible for all transactions (products, financial and others) of that particular outlet and report to the management.
- Have to update product stock in regular basis.
- Monitor day to day sales collection and deposit to proper account.
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
