Responsibilities & Context

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kids’ amusement play area, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining safety protocols, and driving business growth.

• Operations Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of the play area, including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment safety.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for children and parents by maintaining high service standards.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage play area staff, ensuring they follow safety guidelines and provide excellent customer service.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, monitor equipment conditions, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop promotional strategies, upsell services (e.g., birthday parties, special events), and track financial performance.
• Inventory & Supplies: Manage stock levels of play equipment, refreshments, and necessary supplies.
• Event & Program Planning: Organize fun events, workshops, and themed activities to attract more visitors.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and any operational challenges efficiently.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the play area through social media, local partnerships, and school programs.
