Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target.
- Guiding and motivating sales people properly to achieved monthly and daily sales targets
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Proper cash handling
- Planning and executing store manner and performing monthly physical inventory audit.
- Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure proper stocking & all moving items availability; make requisition for all fewer stock items
- Report on buying trends, customer needs
- Daily / weekly / monthly report to the management
- Mentality to work extended hours (Long time)
- Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe and CCTV operation
- Ensure proper maintenance and smoothly operation of retail outlet
