Additional Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in respective field.
The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Must have good command over English proficiency.
Must have very good command over MS office application.

Carrying out specific projects and research from time to time.
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the MD.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Compile different reports, Business presentation, summarize and submit to MD as required.
Contact with different Embassies/Govt. or non-Govt. offices for any official program.
Prepare Visa related all docs, Air ticket & Hotel Booking for the Managing Director.
Report to the Managing Director, the Department Head and required Top Management on different issues of HO & Factories
Performing other duties consistent with the level of this position and as advised
Organizing inter-departmental meetings of MD with department heads.
To perform any other task, assign by the management as and when required.
