• At least 6 months in moderation, community management, or similar work.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
• Additional Soft Skills:
• Patience, confidence, good time management, and team-building skills.
• Polite and respectful with a calm, friendly approach.

Responsibilities & Context

Client Management:

• Communicate with clients professionally and provide clear answers to their questions.
• Manage both our clients and their clients effectively, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction for both our clients and their customers.

Page Management:

• Ensure social media pages are well-managed, professional, and engaging.
• Check page performance regularly and make improvements as needed.

Sales Growth:

• Respond to customer inquiries to increase sales and encourage client interest.
• Work with the marketing team to use strategies that support sales growth.
• Hashtag, Reach & Engagement Strategy:
• Use hashtags effectively to improve post visibility.
• Review engagement data to help future content reach more people.

Basic Administrative Skills:

• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva for simple reporting and content creation.
• Keep clear, organized records of team activities.
