Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an intern. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing content, managing the supply chain and commercial activities, and ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients via phone calls and customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content for social media, website, and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Possesses sufficient knowledge in branding and promotion to manage and support marketing efforts effectively.
• Coordinate with designers to create brochures, posters, and promotional content.
• Communicate with clients for quotations, order updates, delivery schedules, and support follow-ups.
• Assist in supply chain operations by managing vendor communication, tracking product availability, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain records and documentation related to purchases, inventory, deliveries, and client correspondence.
• Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, payments, and post-delivery support.
• Work with tools & extensions like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, CRM/ERP software, and marketing extensions (email, social media, SEO tools).
