Requirements
Education
Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a recognized university.
License: Must possess a valid ABC Electrical Licensing Board Certificate (issued by the Government Electrical Licensing Board or equivalent authority).
Experience
6 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Battery, Storage cell, Solar Energy
Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 48 years
• Proven expertise in all types of solar systems: Rooftop (C&I and Residential), Ground-mounted, and Utility-scale.
• In-depth knowledge of grid-tied, off-grid, and hybrid inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and protection schemes.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and solar simulation software like PVsyst.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities & Context
• Project Design & Engineering: Design solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including layout planning, string sizing, inverter selection, and cable routing using industry-standard software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD).
• EPC Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of utility-scale, commercial, and industrial (C&I) solar EPC projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and safety standards.
• Licensing & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes, utility interconnection guidelines, and statutory regulations using a valid ABC Electrical License.
• Site Management: Lead site surveys, feasibility assessments, foundation/structure checks, and electrical integration. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of solar plants.
• Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with procurement teams for technical evaluation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and BOS components.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform diagnostic testing, performance analysis, and troubleshooting for existing solar assets to optimize energy yield.
• Documentation: Prepare technical proposals, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), as-built drawings, and project handover documentation.
