Under the guidance of the Partnership Development Lead, the Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for providing services as follows;

Strategy:

Develop a strategy and roadmap to successfully scale the partnerships and achieve growth targets with a focus on JAAGO’s vision and mission.
Make recommendations and secure stakeholder support for the standardization of partnerships.
Identify innovative ideas to scale the partnerships program.
Create an analytics dashboard to support accurate campaign reporting.
Leverage campaign performance insights and develop action plans to optimize growth and secure stakeholder engagement.

Business Operation:

Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns and events.
Identify new innovative partnership ideas and secure stakeholder support as per the organization’s needs.
Manage the day-to-day delivery and budget of the partnership’s revenue and profit margin targets.
Maintain liaison with existing partners and identify ideas for sustainable partnerships.
Manage the pipeline of partnerships contributions, identify new potential brand partners, and explore new categories.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the onboarding of brand partners.
Work with the finance team to ensure all related processes are compliant.
