Responsibilities & Context
Our client is a rapidly growing tech company developing high-load entertainment platforms in the online entertainment industry. As we scale, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support and grow our user base through direct communication and excellent service.
What will you do?
- Make outbound calls to existing partners in Bangladesh and to be responsible for partner database growth.
- Gather user feedback, suggestions, and report ideas for service improvements.
- Assist users with issues or questions, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Offer bonuses, introduce promotions, and recommend relevant new products.
