Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline in related subject.
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD)

Experience

• 3 to 7 years

  Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Pattern Maker experience will be 3 to 7 years.
• Know WINDA Software.
• Experience in Pattern Development.
• Experience in costing.

Responsibilities & Context

• Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (WINDA Software)
• To be able to prepare pattern from a given design/model.
• Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
• Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
• Support and advise the team/factories to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum use of fabric.
• Plotting patterns (for sample room requirements), subsequently preparing markers for cutting and sampling within time frame to facilitate the sample and cutting processes.
• Adhering to buyer’s compliance and any other international standards adopted by the company.
• Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
