Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced individual Pattern master (CAD) Gerber software who can create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices.

Responsibilities:

Create a master pattern for each size within a range of garment sizes, using charts, drafting instruments and/or grading devices for bulk To develop pattern with a view to Development of sample product.

To prepare pattern for Fit Sample after confirming of order and hand over to Sample supervisor.

Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.

Examine sketches, sample articles, and design specifications to determine quantities, shapes, and sizes of pattern parts, and to determine the amount of material or fabric required to make a product.

Lead Pattern & Marker team with full responsibility. Provide technical advice and support to customers, merchandising & production staff. Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time.
