Responsibilities & Context

SNOWTEX Outerwear Ltd. – a reputed RMG company is currently recruiting some “Pattern Master-(Lectra)”

• Should be able to make any kind of sample pattern based on TP or reference sample with customer requirements.
• Conducting pattern checks, adjustments, and recording necessary marks and allowances for each style patterns.
• Well knowledge about down & padding (specially outerwear jacket)
• Good operating knowledge about Lectra Modaris 2D pattern making software
• Garment fitting knowledge & fitting issue solution ability.
• Participate in risk assessment, PP meetings, and other technical discussions to identify issues and collaborate on finding effective solutions.
• In accordance with the PPC (Production Planning and Control) plan, generate size sets & bulk patterns.
• Grading the Pattern as per the buyer grading manual & measurements.
