Additional Requirements

• Jacket Expert (Down Jacket, Padding Jacket)

• Experience in making buyer Pattern: Levi’s, VF Asia, Decathlon, Columbia, Kontoor, G-Star, Bestseller

• Candidate must have experience about Lectra Modaris 2D software.

• Must have ability to understand and apply customer comment.

• Must have proficiency in mail communication in English.

• Sewing knowledge will be preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

SNOWTEX Outerwear Ltd. – a reputed RMG company is currently recruiting some “Pattern Master Lectra-(Jacket Item)”

• Should be able to make any kind of sample pattern based on TP or reference sample with customer requirements.

• Conducting pattern checks, adjustments, and recording necessary marks and allowances for each style patterns.

• Well knowledge about down & padding (specially outerwear jacket).

• Grading the Pattern as per the buyer grading manual & measurement spec.

• Good knowledge about costing and consumption.

• Garment fitting knowledge & fitting issue solution ability.

• Participate in risk assessment, PP meetings, and other technical discussions to identify issues and collaborate on finding effective solutions.

• In accordance with the PPC (Production Planning and Control) plan, generate size sets & bulk patterns
