- Extensive experience in pattern Making in any reputed woven Factory.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Proper Knowledge about Garments Sewing, measurement, construction, shrinkage adjustment and fitting.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare the sample pattern according to the measurement, good fitting balance, and necessary shrinkage.
- Prepare the graded pattern for production.
- Coordinate with sample sewing section if any requirements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the merchandising department for pattern and fabric consumption issues.
