Minimum of 10-15 years of experience as a pattern maker in the fashion industry.
Proficient in CAD pattern-making software (Tuka cad must).
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent technical skills, including draping, grading, and fitting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Develop and create accurate patterns from designers’ sketches and technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with designers, product developers, and sample makers to ensure the integrity of the designs.
Ensure patterns meet production standards, fitting requirements, and design intentions.
Make pattern adjustments based on fittings and recommend garment construction improvements.
Mentor and guide junior pattern makers and technical staff.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
