Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.

Experience

    • 4 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

  • Age 28 to 32 years
  • Knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and payroll compliance requirements.

  • May require additional hours during payroll closing periods.

 Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HRIS/payroll system.
  • Verify employee attendance, leave records, overtime, shift allowances, and other payroll inputs.
  • Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Prepare payroll reports and salary statements for management review.
  • Process employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and terminations.
  • Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable labor laws, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation.
  • Support internal and external payroll audits.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate monthly payroll summaries, overtime reports, and other management reports.
  • Assist Finance in salary-related accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary payments, deductions, benefits, and payroll records.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.
  • Process monthly payroll accurately.
  • To improve payroll processes and system efficiency.
  • Support payroll system implementation, and upgrades when required.
