- Minimum Bachelor`s degree (preferable major – Marketing)
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
Additional Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, minimum 1 year as shop/branch In-charge or outlet manager
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Job Location: PBS Shop, Shantinagar, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce store operation policies to ensure smooth daily activities
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely restocking and inventory accuracy
- Oversee daily operations including staff supervision and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Track store performance and prepare concise, actionable reports
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve product selection and store layout
