Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile, Automobile

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Power Point & Excel work.

Responsibilities & Context

• Arrange technical and pre-production meetings with the production and quality team before new styles/input are given in line.
• Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities
• Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations
• Perform any other task as assigned by the superior. Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
• Monitoring daily lost time & charge back report, and preparing monthly summary for sharing with the department head.
• Preparing monthly section-wise target vs achievement report & KPI.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process, from fabric inspection to finished goods.
