Dhaka Ahsania Mission has agreed to provide technical assistance to ICCO Cooperation in implementing the ‘Self-reliance (People with Disabilities’ Skills Development)’ has designed for the Rohynga Community. The Supervisor has the overall responsibilities to supervise and monitor the center and ensure the competency based training and assessment. The Trainer has the overall responsibility is organizing and conducting the skills training, preparing and updating the learning materials, organize and conduct formative and summative assessment, follow up for ensuring the trainee attendance, liaise with community, assist supervisor to implement the program, under the field of Competency Based Training and Assessment. S/he ensure and provides the quality training and inputs in lessons learnt that lead to improvement and development of the program at camp levels.

Duty Station: Dr. K. A Monsur DAM VTI Ashulia and VTI Pallabi, Dhaka

Job Description:

Maintain record and filing information as needed
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Organize and maintain office common areas
Ensure neat and clean of all office area including accommodation, lab and dining.
Arrange dining and accommodations setting
Prepare meeting rooms and organize meeting with community people
Update various register
Organize meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
Ensure safety of office equipment, building, trainees and staffs
Ensure access points, restraining trespassers
Secure all exits, doors and windows
Ensure no occurrence of building and building surrounding area
Monitor and supervise property entrance
Authorize entrance of people/trainees and vehicles
Report to supervisor of any suspicious behaviours and happenings
Ensure neat and clean of building surrounding area
Execute any other task instructed by line manager
