• Experience: 6-8 years, including 3+ in Performance Management (preferably in FMCG, banking, or conglomerates). MNC experience is a plus.
• Communication & Training: Skilled in stakeholder engagement and impactful training.
• Analytics & Problem-Solving: Strong in data interpretation and insights.

Responsibilities & Context

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement & Improve PMS – Ensure smooth execution, alignment with business needs, and ongoing enhancements.
• Mariage PMS Software – Oversee functionality, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
• Train Users on PMS Tools – Facilitate adoption and efficient usage for employees and managers.
• Support KPI & Performance Reviews – Assist in setting, tracking, and refining performance goals.
• Analyze Performance Data – Identify trends, gaps, and provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct PMS Training – Lead sessions on KPI’setting, performance reviews, and ratings..
