Responsibilities & Context

You have to keep in touch with the official client and do all the work of the office executive. Receiving phone calls. To do the necessary marketing of the office. To appease customers and guests. Going out for any office work. Doing bank transactions Provide accurate information to clients. To keep all the documents of the office neat. Keep notes of office documents. Must have a sincere mindset to do the work. Receiving guests coming to the front office To do other work in the office To do provide guests appearance. Duty hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Only those who can maintain this schedule should apply.
