Responsibilities & Context

  • You have to keep in touch with the official client and do all the work of the office executive. Receiving phone calls.
  • To do the necessary marketing of the office.
  • To appease customers and guests.
  • Going out for any office work.
  • Doing bank transactions
  • Provide accurate information to clients.
  • To keep all the documents of the office neat.
  • Keep notes of office documents.
  • Must have a sincere mindset to do the work.
  • Receiving guests coming to the front office
  • To do other work in the office
  • To do provide guests appearance.
  • Duty hours are 10 am to 10 pm. Only those who can maintain this schedule should apply.
