Responsibilities & Context

ANH is adding value to the daily life of humans through started manufacturing toiletries products in own manufacturing plant. We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic ‘Personal Secretary’ for meaningful contributions to reach the organization’s goal.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the MD and Chairman calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD and Chairman.
  • Coordinate and manage office services, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, and office supplies.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

Travel and Logistics:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure the MD and Chairman is briefed on travel plans and any changes.

Liaison and Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact between the Management and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage the flow of information, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of communications.

Project Management:

  • Assist with special projects, including research, data collection, and reporting.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
