Requirements

Education

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from any reputed local/ foreign University. Academic background of O & A Level will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in similar role will come in handy to excel in this role.
  • Female candidates preferred with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • Should be good at workload management and resource allocation.
  • Strive for continuous improvement and follow best practices.
  • Should be able to travel as per requirements of the role.
  • Capable of corresponding with foreign delegates.
  • Should have good computer skills (MS Office, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams etc).

We are looking for a dynamic, progressive, smart, innovative, and self-motivated person for immediate recruitment to the following position aiming to enrich and strengthen the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support by scheduling appointments, answering phones, responding to emails, and determining priorities.
  • Coordinate according to the travel plan, including flights, accommodation, and other modes of transportation.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept accordingly as per the requirement of the Managing Director’s office.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Correspond and collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient communication.
