Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
  • Private university Student will get preference. (DU, BRAC, NSU, AIUB,IUB)

Experience

  • At most 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to both local and international business environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to navigate diverse business cultures.
  • Proficiency in relevant languages, especially English and any additional languages relevant to the business context.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate and manage office services, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, and office supplies.

 

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

 

Travel and Logistics:

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure the MD is briefed on travel plans and any changes.

 

Liaison and Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact between the MD and employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage the flow of information, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of communications.

 

Project Management:

  • Assist with special projects, including research, data collection, and reporting.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.

 

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
