- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to navigate diverse business cultures.
- Proficiency in relevant languages, especially English and any additional languages relevant to the business context.

Responsibilities & Context
Administrative Support:
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate and manage office services, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, and office supplies.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
- Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Travel and Logistics:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure the MD is briefed on travel plans and any changes.
Liaison and Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage the flow of information, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of communications.
Project Management:
- Assist with special projects, including research, data collection, and reporting.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
