Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a smart professional who will be the first point of contact for the company and serve as the face of the company.

• Provide extensive administrative support to the Chairman.

• Prepare emails, memos, and documents proficiently in both English and Bangla.

• Handle internal and external communications effectively.

• Organize and manage meetings, both internal and external.

• Document accurate meeting minutes and ensure distribution as necessary.

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.

• Manage and facilitate the flow of information within the office.

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events as required.
