The Company complements government efforts in the areas of TB screening, EPI and Covid-19 vaccination efforts. To lead this challenging journey Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above position to be located at SHN Clinics.

Relationships:

Directly reports to Clinic Manager

Other major interactions: Officer, Admin and Accounts, Coordination Team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting the customers and selling medicines.
  • Advising and assisting customers Check the medicine register every day.
  • Collect necessary information of patients and doctors in case of sale of medicines.
  • Entering the required data in online after daily drug sales. Updating stock register and
  • checking balance.
  • Provide necessary information to the admin assistant in case of drug procurement /
  • requisition.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly or on-demand reports.
  • Follow the FIFO (Frist in Frist Out) policy when selling / stocking out medicines.
  • Checking the expiration date of the medicine.
  • Inform the clinic manager about the close expiration date of medicine and act as per the
  • instructions of the company.
  • Deposit of daily medicine sales money to admin assistant.
