Job Context:

Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM) is a non-government development organization founded in 1958 by Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an eminent educationist, reformer and Sufi with the aim of social and spiritual development of the entire human community. DAM has been contributing to the betterment of the disadvantaged population through operating 35 institutions and also 8 sectors of development.

The health & WASH Sector is one of the core sectors of DAM which has also been operating 8 institutions and 17 projects.DAM Health & WASH Sector is going to recruit a competent and self-motivated individual for the position of “Officer-Finance& Admin” of its “Prioritized HIV prevention services for key populations in Bangladesh, Comprehensive prevention programs for people who inject drugs (PWID) and their partners” Project under DAM Health and WASH Sector funded by The Global Fund.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain confidentiality, build trust and be respectful to the OST, HCV and HIV positive clients.
Ensure specific dose of methadone dispensing to the individual OST client & ARV to HIV positive clients as per Doctor prescription/advice by following routine schedule & according to guideline & flow chart.
Maintain proper communication with clients while receiving Methadone & ARV & refer the clients to doctor as necessary.
Collect Methadone & ARV from central store as needed and maintain stock record registers & ensure safety, security of Methadone to ensure no divergence of Methadone.
Collect blood sampling, carry out urine test including other tests for OST clients & HIV positive clients suggested by Doctor.
Assist in monthly & quarterly report preparation of OST with outlet Center such as TCS report & OST compilation & narrative reports.
Maintain all records, registers, files, and formats for the OST clients & ART clients as per set tools, techniques and guidelines.
Extended necessary support to other team members as and when needed and or instructed by his/her supervisor and or organization.
Participate different training, meeting, workshop, seminar, symposium organized by the project and other counterpart.
