Responsibilities & Context
- Monitoring & Recording of the Temperature of specific drugs in the Pharmacy as per guidelines.
- Arranging the stocks according to the category and agency.
- Checking expiry manually including stock expiry monthly.
- Conducting Perpetual stock taking on a monthly basis and making shortage entries in the register for the reorder of level.
- Updating records of stocks received from the suppliers.
- Providing information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
- Dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists
- Ensuring compliance with FDA and manufacturer for Pharmacovigilance activities.
- Seeking clarification regarding prescription discrepancies when necessary.
- In case of drug-related claims by the patient, fill the Pharmacovigilance report accordingly.
