Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and appropriate usage.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and guidance as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and requests, including medication refills, prescription transfers, and insurance inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and insurance payments.
Collaborate with pharmacists and other pharmacy staff to ensure timely filling and dispensing of prescriptions.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving pharmaceutical products as needed.
Stay up-to-date on pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
