- Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) – Visual Design Using Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) – Photoshop
- Graphic Design Certification from recognized institutes
- Professional Photo Editing or Retouching Certification
- Certification in Adobe Lightroom (Preferred)
- Relevant training from Creative IT Institute, BITM, LEDP, Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or similar platforms
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Software Company, Advertising Agency
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 30 years
- Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in Photoshop, Lightroom, Graphic Design, or Photo Retouching will receive preference.
- A strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal certifications.

Solution Pro is hiring skilled Photo Retoucher and Image Editors to support US-based real estate photographers, e-commerce businesses and product photography studios.
Responsibilities:
• Perform professional image retouching and enhancement.
• Color correction and exposure adjustments.
• Sky replacement and object removal.
• Background editing and cleanup.
• Refine AI-generated edits according to client requirements.
• Follow client style guides and quality standards.
• Handle real estate, product and e-commerce image editing projects.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain consistency across all edited images.
