Responsibilities & Context

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP curriculum
• Encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and lab exploration
• Prepare students for internal and external assessments including practical exams
• Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction
• Maintain accurate student records and report progress as per Cambridge and IB standards
• Collaborate with the science department and school leadership for continuous improvement
• Participate in ongoing professional development (CPD)
• Ensure safety and compliance in all lab-related activities
