Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Educate patients on their conditions, self-management strategies, and preventative measures.
- Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest physiotherapy advancements through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting (desirable).
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
