Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Candidate should have a degree in a relevant engineering or science-based subject, such as a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related discipline required.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Engineering Firms

Additional Requirements

• Having work experience in a Chinese company/project is preferred.
• Having work experience in Mega projects or municipal engineering projects is preferred.
• Having a nationally/internationally recognized engineer certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

• Must be experienced & expert in Primavera P6 software use and MS Project. (Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report).
• Must be great in presentation Skills (English).
• Planning of all activities consists of execution.
• Project Record Keeping and Earned Value Analysis.
• Designing every change for suiting to site.
• Drawing Coordination with Clients and Subcontractors,
• Coordinate and develop the Project Execution Plan from the owners’ perspective and review the contractors’ relevant plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any delays or issues that may impact the project schedule or budget.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate actions to ensure project success.
• Participate in project meetings with internal stakeholders and the contractor company. Providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
• Collect, analyze, monitor, and report on project risks.
• The line manager allocates other related work.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Prepare Histograms, Tables, S-curves, and Resource logs.
• Develop construction and baseline programs.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
• To prepare the rolling program, trend charts, manpower plan, and equipment plan for submission
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
• To coordinate with design and operation teams for construction activity, project status, manpower plan, equipment plan, etc.
