Responsibilities & Context

Production Planning Activities (Primary Role)

1)    Maintaining the central database of all the orders from booking

2)    Maintain and Train the Team members for better understanding of Productivity and Targets. Improving multi skill set among the workers.

3)    Achieving the Production targets as per the commitment given to management and meet shipment dates

4)    Strictly adherence to the budgeted manpower

5)    Undertaking continuous productivity improvement on regular basis and implement the techniques which help in getting facilitating increased production.

6)    Suggesting the best incentive scheme for practical implementation and result oriented.

7)    Implementing the MIS system to collect all the critical parameters of the production and worker productivity. Developing a team of fresh industrial engineers for undertaking activities of the expanded production facilities of the group.

Production Operation Activities (Supporting Role)

1)    Maintain and Train the Team members for better understanding of Productivity and Targets.

2)    Monitoring Production – Resolving Fabric quality issues with Cutting and providing solution for the sewing , Finishing Backlog to clear and avoid accumulation, Final Garment Inspection pass requirement, Adherence Buyer/Third party Garment quality requirement (if any).

3)    Achieving desired Quality standard: Need to adhere to the buyer quality requirements. Have regular training and awareness program among the workers to maintain the quality standards.

4)    Achieving the Production targets as per the commitment given to management and meet shipment dates including Daily / Achieving Production target as per the monthly plan

5)    Strictly adherence to the budgeted manpower. Need to maintain the Cost Target for Direct and Contract system

6)    Responsibility will be on the entire process of Cutting to Shipping. Implementing Incentive scheme to derive the production targets
