Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement production plans for smooth operations.

2. Coordinate manpower, materials, and inventory to meet production goals.

3. Monitor and optimize factory resource utilization.

4. Find the cost of an individual article before production starts.

5. Analyse production data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Collaborate with departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.

7. Prepare detailed reports on production progress and challenges.

8. Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

9. Supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.

10. Address management’s directives and implement strategic plans.

Academic Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in a shoe/footwear factory.
• Employment Status: Full-time.
• Salary: Negotiable
