Responsibilities & Context

Akij Venture Group one of the pioneering companies in the food, and beverage sector under the umbrella of Akij Group, the largest conglomerate in the country which, has already made a mark in the dairy business and diversified its portfolio into Health & Hygiene, Electrical & Electronics, Bicycle, Insurance and Agro sectors.

The candidate will be responsible to:

To generate and analyze financial reports related to all over the plant operations provide detailed analysis of variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions
Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks
To monitor plant operation results against operating plans and direct the preparation of financial, production output and other reports used to measure and control plant activities and costs
To create and manage the plant’s annual budget as per month basis and also forecast future plant financial performance based on current data and projected market conditions.
To manage cost accounting task such as calculating the cost of goods manufactured, analyzing manufacturing costs and identifying cost reduction opportunities
To ensure the efficiency management and report to top management
Liaison with the corporate finance department to ensure that the plant’s financial practicesare in line with overall company policies and strategies
