Additional Requirements

Experience in working with leading DENIM LAUNDRY in Bangladesh is essential.
Proven ability to manage large production volumes and handle substantial manpower.
In-depth knowledge of washing plant machinery, chemicals, and production processes.

Oversee the entire washing plant operations (both dry & wet process), ensuring high efficiency, quality control, and compliance with standards.
Manage and lead a large team of workers, supervisors, and technicians to meet production targets and maintain smooth operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve critical washes & new style to improve production processes and enhance operational efficiency at bulk level.
Ensure sustainable approaches on washing production by reducing water, chemical & other resources consumption. At the same time maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
Monitor production schedules, track performance, and report on key operational metrics.
Minimize wash rejection percentage.
