Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in EEE, Mechanical, or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or in any other relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
Experience

- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Steel, Electric Wire/Cable, Tyre manufacturer, Bicycle, Corrugated Tin

Responsibilities & Context
RFL Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, is looking for experienced and visionary Plant Heads to lead its factory operations across various business units.
As a Plant Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, planning, and manpower management, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire factory operation to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain.
- Implement continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives.
- Drive workforce productivity and build a high-performing, safety-driven factory culture.
- Maintain strict compliance with ISO, BSTI, and other quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, efficiency, and waste control.
- Collaborate with corporate and business leadership to align plant performance with company goals.
