Responsibilities & Context

· Responsible for operating LABSA & SLES plant Machineries & enter chemical Process.

·  Responsible for operating Sulphuric Acid plant machines and entire chemical processes.

·  Operates equipment and monitors the production process to ensure efficient and safe output.

· Communicates with other operating areas (Sulphur Dumping, Water Treatment Plant, Boiler, Steam Turbine, ETP, Generator, Lab etc.) and understands the interaction between these operating areas and your responsible area.

· Follows standard operating procedures and performs in process quality checks to identify and resolve issues during processing

· Troubleshoots problems with equipment, respond to system notifications and makes required adjustments as needed

· Monitoring& checking the all-Plant parameter and take readings, complete shift logs, and assist with troubleshooting any plant issues
