Additional Requirements
- Teaching experience in an English-medium school is mandatory; exposure to the IB curriculum (MYP/DP) is highly desirable.
- Education: B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mathematics .
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with students from Grades 6–12.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
Responsibilities & Context
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics instruction for students in Grades 6–12 across the IB MYP and DP curriculum.
- Experience in an English-medium school is mandatory; exposure to the IB curriculum (MYP/DP) is highly desirable.
- Design engaging and differentiated lesson plans that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of mathematical concepts.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
- Integrate IB philosophy and Approaches to Learning (ATL) into teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary units and contribute to the holistic development of students.
- Participate actively in school events, professional learning communities, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, curiosity, and a love for learning.
