Education
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree, or completion of a specialized course in Mechanical/Electrical (M&E) Engineering
Experience
At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies
Additional Requirements
Age 35 to 45 years
Only Male
Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction management experience in HVAC and plumbing systems.
Technical Experience
Electrical Systems: High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), power supply, lighting, power outlets, lightning protection, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems (telephone, LAN, CCTV, MATV, access control, automatic fire alarm systems).
Mechanical Systems: HVAC, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection, and utility systems (air compressors, boilers/steam, RO/DI water treatment, WWT/wastewater treatment).
Skills & Languages
English: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
PC Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications
Holders of relevant technical or engineering certifications/licenses will be given priority.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a staff member to oversee the construction management of HVAC and plumbing installations in the suburbs of Dhaka and agricultural farm areas.
