Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Master`s/Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field from a reputed university.
Experience
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Multinational Companies, Hospital, Clinic
Additional Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare infrastructure or facility management
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in construction management, including adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in building design and execution
- Experience in clinic/hospital setup, renovation, or construction projects is highly preferred

- Ensure Procurement & Vendor Management (Non-Clinical Items)
- Prepare Budget, Cost Control, Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure Timeline Management, Risk Assessment & Safety
