Requirements

Education

  • Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
  • Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master’s Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline.

Experience

    • At least 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Responsibilities & Context

  • Establishment of an effective and integrated M&E, LMIS and knowledge management System, mechanism of data validation, reporting and support use of data for decision making
  • Capacity building of relevant SR project staff, SSR’s staff including DIC level staff on effective use of M&E system, tools and accurate reporting.
  • Develop different data collection tools, reporting template and provide orientation on it
  • Review the project log frame with proper indicators and variables to measure the project outcomes, results and impacts against the project objectives and goal.
  • Program monitoring, reporting, supervision and documentation.
  • Coordination with other staff of this project and SSR team
  • Conduct DQA as per project plan
  • Monitoring on line real-time data entry of DIC/Outlets
  • Support and facilitate LFA, oversight and ASP visit where necessary
