Requirements
Education
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Social Science
- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies
- Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master’s Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
Experience
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements
Responsibilities & Context
- Establishment of an effective and integrated M&E, LMIS and knowledge management System, mechanism of data validation, reporting and support use of data for decision making
- Capacity building of relevant SR project staff, SSR’s staff including DIC level staff on effective use of M&E system, tools and accurate reporting.
- Develop different data collection tools, reporting template and provide orientation on it
- Review the project log frame with proper indicators and variables to measure the project outcomes, results and impacts against the project objectives and goal.
- Program monitoring, reporting, supervision and documentation.
- Coordination with other staff of this project and SSR team
- Conduct DQA as per project plan
- Monitoring on line real-time data entry of DIC/Outlets
- Support and facilitate LFA, oversight and ASP visit where necessary
