Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking Power BI Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our data analytics and reporting solutions. As a Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and supporting interactive dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights to our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain embedded Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to users.

• Collaborate with product management and other teams to identify and implement new features and enhancements.

• Leverage Power BI Desktop and Web Server to create visually appealing and informative reports.

• Utilize DAX and M formula languages to perform data analysis and transformations.

• Implement robust role-level security (RLS) to protect sensitive data.

• Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including relational databases (SQL Server) and cloud platforms (Azure).

• Ensure data quality and accuracy through effective data modeling and governance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and Microsoft Power BI.

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Web Server, DAX, and M formula languages.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
