Responsibilities & Context

(We are hiring a PR Coordinator for a reputed Electronics (Mobile)Company)

Key Responsibilities:

1. PR Strategy & Agency Management:

○ Coordinate and manage the relationship with our PR agency to ensure alignment with Company goals and strategies.

○ Provide strategic guidance and feedback to the PR agency to optimize campaign effectiveness.

○ Develop and execute strategic plans for PR and community management initiatives.

○ Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and community engagement activities, providing recommendations for improvement.

○ Ensure the PR agency meets deliverables on time and within budget.

○ Review and approve all PR materials in coordination with the management, ensuring consistency with Xiaomi’s brand image and messaging.

○ Develop and implement PR strategies that enhance Xiaomi’s brand image and visibility in the market.

○ Identify opportunities for media coverage and proactively pitch stories to journalists and media outlets.

○ Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR activities and their impact.

○ Ensure consistent corporate branding across all PR and community management activities.

○ Develop and maintain a strong corporate identity that aligns with Xiaomi’s values and mission.

2. Community Management:

○ Engage with Xiaomi’s community of fans and customers on social media platforms and online forums.

○ Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

○ Create and manage content that fosters community engagement and brand loyalty.

○ Organize and oversee community events, meetups, and online contests.

○ Manage the Mi Community app and build strong rapport with community members.

3. Crisis Communication and Inquiry Management:

○ Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any negative publicity or brand-related issues.

○ Handle and coordinate management inquiries related to PR and community activities.

○ Provide timely and accurate information and updates to senior management.

○ Monitor media coverage, social media activity, and community engagement.
